Items Eligible for Exchange

• Must be unwashed, unused, and unaltered

• Must be in their original packaging with tags attached

• Must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice

Exchange Guidelines

• Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase at any Makkah Shopping Mall outlet.

• Online customers must cover courier charges (both ways) when requesting an exchange.

• All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation Policy
Makkah Shopping Mall reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

• The item is out of stock

• There is a pricing or listing error

• Payment is declined by your bank

• The customer does not respond to order confirmation calls or messages
